The motors are identified by a series of letters and numbers such as: F50 - 6T Where: F -is the motor's total impulse classification letter (in Newton Seconds) 50 - is the average impulse of the motor (in Newtons). If you divide the impulse by 10, you will have an approximate value of the average thrust in kilograms (in this case, the average thrust would be 5 kilograms). 6 - is the ejection charge delay from propellant burn-out (in Seconds) T - is the propellant type (T - Blue Thunder, W - White Lightning, J - Black Jack) Each Aerotech motor comes with an instruction sheet and a single Aerotech Copperhead igniter. |
